In observance of the U.S. Memorial Day holiday, several United Cargo freight facility and trucking locations will modify their hours of operation on Monday, May 25 as detailed below.

Please note:

• The hours listed below apply to United Cargo freight facility locations. Pickup and drop-off locations for QuickPak small package shipments at airport terminals will operate under their normal hours during this period.
• United Cargo Customer Contact Center agents are available Monday through Friday from 06:00 to 23:00 CST and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:30 CST at 1-800-UA-CARGO.
• For the most up-to-date hours, please visit the Station Information page at UnitedCargo.com.
• All U.S. LTL trucking terminals will be closed on Monday, May 25. All Forward Air stations will return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, May 26.

Trucking Advisory:

The North American LTL schedule will be adjusted in UC360 to show zero capacity. Do not book any shipments on our LTL trucks (T98) departing the U.S. on Monday, May 25, as no recoveries or tenders will be done at U.S. Stations.

Notice: EUV routes (T25) are currently unaffected; however, capacity may be restricted. It is advised to place bookings as soon as possible. Expect delays to all LTL routes (T98).

The below truck drop stations will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026. These stations will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
