Chris Busch is responsible for overseeing all aspects of United Cargo's operation in North America, South America, and Latin America. In this role, he plans and directs the work of United Cargo's team of sales, operations, and revenue management professionals in the region, driving the company's success and growth.

Joining United Airlines in 2007, Chris has gained extensive experience within the company, holding various positions in operations, revenue management, and sales strategy before assuming his current role in 2019. Prior to his tenure at United, he held positions in manufacturing, finance, and logistics, which have contributed to his well-rounded expertise in the industry.

Chris is an alumnus of Clarkson University, where he earned a B.S. in Engineering and Management, and The William E. Simon Graduate School at the University of Rochester, where he obtained an MBA in Finance and Operations.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Chris enjoys partaking in outdoor and sports activities and cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
