Peggy Guse

Vice President, United Cargo Marketing, Customer Service and Alliances
Managing Director, United Airlines
Peggy Guse has oversight for a broad range of support functions within the Cargo organization including Marketing & eCommerce, Strategy & Analytics, Technology Products & Development, Customer Service Strategy and Alliance partnerships. In this role, she is charged with leading United Cargo’s digital transformation and taking customer experience to a new level. With a proven background in driving large-scale, high-impact initiatives, Peggy has responsibility for reshaping United Cargo’s digital presence through the introduction of a new website/booking portal, API direct connect capability, a new pricing engine and marketplace participation.
Peggy is a veteran of the travel industry having held senior management positions in the car rental, hotel and travel agency segments prior to joining United Airlines. Peggy joined the airline 2007 and assumed leadership positions in United's Contact Center Strategy and Sales Strategy groups until transitioning to the Cargo organization in 2011. Peggy was among the leadership team that was tasked with re-establishing the Cargo organization following the United-Continental merger.
While native to Illinois, she has also resided in Minnesota, Texas, Massachusetts and Florida. She is an avid Illini fan, having attended the University of Illinois where she received a B.S. in Finance.
