New upgrades to our Cargo accounting system
We are excited to announce an upgrade to our Cargo collections and disputes system to help us better serve you.
What customers can expect with the new system:
- Customers can expect to see more frequent and automated communications, such as monthly statements and more timely collection reminders.
- Customers will be able to provide comments and payment or dispute details on a shared template (new feature).
- Customers will be directed to use CargoAccounting@united.com for all dispute correspondence - including foreign disputes. We will be decommissioning CargoInternational@united.com over the next few weeks.
If you have not done so, we strongly recommend registering for the United Customer Portal by sending an email to CargoAccounting@united.com and reference “Customer Portal Login” in the subject line. The customer will allow you to:
- Download current statement of account
- Save and print invoices
- Create a dispute and view status of a dispute
- Search invoices and air waybills by select criteria
- Download transactions and disputes

Requests submitted to CargoAccounting@united.com are processed in the order received and response times depend on both complexity and volume of requests.
