Equipped with temperature-controlled environments, secure storage areas, and streamlined workflows, both facilities support United Cargo’s full suite of premium products—including TempControl, LifeGuard, and QuickPak. Beyond the physical space, United Cargo at EWR is supported by a powerful logistics ecosystem. The hub operates around the clock, with nearly 10,000 trucks transporting over 62 million kilograms of cargo annually. One of the most utilized routes connects EWR to JFK, allowing customers to tap into even more connections across the New York Metro area. Our partner, Choice Aviation, manages ground operations at EWR with a sophisticated bypass system that uses conveyor belts and shuttle vehicles to transfer shipments efficiently between facilities. This enables fast handoffs, reduced dwell time, and improved overall performance for your cargo.
