Due to the changing business environment brought on by the COVID-19 crisis, we are making adjustments to two of our stations; John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County, CA, and Calgary International Airport (YYC) in Calgary, Canada. 

Effective March 8, 2021, we will be ending our warehouse operations at SNA and switching to a counter-only service. This means that we will be restricting all cargo to and from SNA beginning March 8, 2020 and through March 15. We will only accept QPK at the United SNA baggage service counter starting on March 16, 2020 and PetSafe once that service returns to our operations. 

Effective March 14, 2021, we will be ending our warehouse operations at YYC. No cargo will be accepted to or from YYC after that date. Since this is an international station, no counter service will be offered. If YYC is a major shipping destination, please reach out to customer service agents or your sales team to find alternative options.
