Effective December 1, 2021, United Cargo is pleased to announce that Evergreen Air Cargo Services Corp. (EGAC) will begin providing cargo handling for United Cargo at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). EGAC is a comprehensive ground handling company offering a wide range of air cargo services with experience servicing the TPE market since July, 2002.

To allow for a smooth transition into the new facility, United Cargo will accept all export shipments that are booked on 01DEC2021 and beyond at the new facility (EGAC) starting November 28. All import shipments that arrive on November 30 or earlier must be picked up at the current warehouse (Everterminal). United Cargo will temporarily suspend inbound acceptance of all TrustUA, UASecure, and perishable shipments of any product into TPE effective 09:00 TST (Taiwan Standard Time) on Monday, November 29 through 21:00 TST on Tuesday, November 30. This includes passive TempControl as well as all GCR/EXP perishable shipments requiring temperature protection.
