December 2022 Freight Facility Hours of Operation

In observance of the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day (Canada), New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day holidays, some United Cargo freight facility locations in the U.S. and Canada will modify their hours of operation as detailed below.

Please note:

  • BDL, DFW, DTW, IND, MSP, OMA, PDX, and SLC will be closed on December 26 and January 2, 2023.
  • AUS will have reduced hours on December 26 and January 2, 2023: 0530-1430.
  • SAT will have reduced hours on December 26 and January 2, 2023: 1000-1800.
  • The hours below apply to United Cargo freight facility locations. Airport terminal locations that handle QuickPak shipments will remain open subject to flight departure/arrival schedules.
  • United Cargo Customer Contact Center agents are available Monday through Friday from 0600 to 2300 Central Time and Saturday and Sunday from 0900 to 1730 Central Time at 1-800-UA-CARGO.
