Systemwide Outage
We are pleased to inform you that all previously imposed restrictions on shipments due to the technology outage will be lifted on Sunday, July 21. Please note that there may still be some additional flight delays and cancellations throughout the weekend due to crew availability.
We will provide you will additional updates as needed. Systemwide Outage
We would like to give you a quick update from the technology outage earlier today. Significant progress has been made in restoring our network. Because of this, we are making adjustments to our previous restrictions.
Effective immediately, the following shipments are restricted on our domestic narrowbody network:
- All LifeGuard products
- All Human Remain products
- QuickPak shipments containing radioactive material or human tissue
We have lifted the restrictions on TempControl and Perishable shipments. All shipments on widebodies and products not listed for narrow body aircraft will continue to be accepted. Please note that while we are reducing the restrictions in place, there is still the possibility of flight disruptions and extended wait times at the freight facilities while the airline fully recovers.

Systemwide Outage
As a result of the technology issue affecting airlines worldwide, we are placing restrictions on certain product types to ensure we maintain the highest levels of service during this disruption.
Effective immediately and for the rest of the day, we will be placing restrictions on the following outbound and transfer shipments:
- All LifeGuard products
- All Human Remain products
- QuickPak shipments containing radioactive material or human tissue
- Perishables with the exception of shipments originating from ORD, EWR or IAD
- TempControl with the exception of shipments originating from ORD, EWR or IAD
Please note that while we are accepting freight not included in the restrictions above, we are still experiencing flight disruptions and extended wait times at the freight facilities. We will continue to move cargo on available flights and work through the backlog of cancelled flights.
We will keep you informed with timely updates as the situation evolves. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges together.
