Freight Facility and Trucking Holiday 2024 Hours of Operation

In observance of the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day holidays, several United Cargo freight facilities and trucking locations in the U.S. will modify their hours of operation.

Please note:

  • The hours below apply to United Cargo freight facility locations. Pickup and drop off locations for small QuickPak shipments at airport terminals will observe their normal hours of operation during this period.
  • United Cargo Customer Contact Center agents are available Monday through Friday from 0600 to 2300 Central Time, and Saturday and Sunday from 0900 to 1730 Central Time at 1 800-UA-CARGO.

North American trucking terminal holiday 2024 hours of operation

In observance of the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day holidays, United Cargo trucking stations in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada will modify their hours of operation. Please note the adjustments to shipment recovery times below:

Please note:

  • Normal LTL trucking operations will resume on December 26 at 12 p.m. local time.
  • The following U.S. truck stations will be closed on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1: ABQ, ALB, BUF, CAE, CHS, CVG, DAY, ELP, GRR, GSO, GSP, HSV, ICT, LRD, MCI, MDT, MEM, MFE, MKE, OKC, RDU, ROC, SDF, SYR, TUL, TUS.
  • No LTL pickups or deliveries will be scheduled on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1.
  • Regular LTL trucking operations will resume on January 2, 2025.
