We would like to inform you of upcoming restrictions due to a severe winter storm that is expected to impact the eastern U.S. early next week. Starting from 23:00 ET on Sunday, January 5, through 10:00 ET on Tuesday, January 7, we will be implementing temporary restrictions affecting shipments at Dulles International Airport (IAD):

• LifeGuard Shipments: Restrictions will be placed on all LifeGuard shipments, regardless of aircraft type, to, from, or through IAD, during the specified times.
• Cargo on Narrowbody Aircraft: Restrictions will be placed on all shipments, with the exception of QuickPak and TrustUA, traveling on narrowbody aircraft to, from or through IAD, during the specified times.

For any cargo already transiting on its way to IAD, we are prepared to hold it at the originating station or reroute it as per your request. We will continue to do everything we can to support our customers during the severe weather.
