A. Based on your email security measures, you may need to wait several minutes to receive the latest email with the active password reset link. If you request the reset password multiple times, the previous links will automatically expire.Additionally, your organization may have firewall restrictions that prevent you from receiving the email. Contact your organization’s system administrator to allow for emails from <a href="mailto:cargoapps@united.com">cargoapps@united.com</a>.Please note this email is sent only to existing users. You may also contact your Super Admin for access to your account.

Q. Why didn’t I receive the password reset email?

A. Make sure you are logging into the <a href="https://mycargo.unitedcargo.com/" target="_blank">MyCargo booking portal</a>opens in new tab. and typing the correct username. You can reset your password by clicking on <a href="https://mycargo.unitedcargo.com/" target="_blank">Forgot your password</a>opens in a new tab. at the bottom of the login form.

Q. Why can’t I log in with my current credentials?

A. Each user is required to access the booking portal with their own login credentials to ensure accountability and security. Your organization’s Super Admin can add new users to the account. A. The different user types are Standard User, Designated Admin, and Super Admin. The role designates the permissions of the user. You must also designate the level type which assigns access to the range of stations. Q. What are the different user types?

A. As a Super Admin, you can manage all users within your organization. Sign in and navigate to your name at the top right drop-down menu. Q. How can I add users under my organization’s account?

A. Once you are set up as a new user, you will receive an email from <a href="mailto:cargoapps@united.com">cargoapps@united.com</a>. Check your junk folder in case your settings filtered emails from outside of your contacts list. As a precaution, add <a href="mailto:cargoapps@united.com">cargoapps@united.com</a> to your safe sender list.

Q. My Super Admin set me up as a user. Why didn’t I receive the email?

A. Yes, on the first page when making a booking, you may select “Assign an air waybill number to this shipment” for an auto generated air waybill number.

Q. Can the booking portal assign an air waybill (AWB) number?

A. Yes, you can save your booking by clicking “Save as template” at the bottom of the page. You can refer to your templates on the My Templates page.

Q. Am I able to save my booking as a template?

A. We are continually expanding our portfolio of products to our customers. We will keep you informed as new product offerings are available.

Q. Why are certain products greyed out?

A. Dangerous goods are not supported for online bookings yet. For immediate assistance, contact your sales representative or the Contact Center at 1-800-UA-CARGO (1-800-822-2746).

Q. Why can’t I book a shipment that includes dangerous goods?

A. Make sure to read the error message in red that identifies the missing fields. The most common misstep is not saving the product details. When entering the shipment dimensions at the bottom of the screen, be sure to click on the save button for each item in your shipment.

Q. Why can’t I continue onto the next page when making a booking?

A. The portal only displays flights with capacity currently available. If you are having trouble, contact your sales representative or the Contact Center at 1-800-UA-CARGO (1-800-822-2746).

Q. Why can’t I see the specific route I am searching for?

A. As part of our extensive network, we partner with other carriers. For routes that include our partner carriers, an additional confirmation is included. The confirmation will be sent as soon as possible.

Q. Why didn’t I receive the booking confirmation email?

A. There is a certain time frame in which bookings can be edited. The time window may vary based on the product and location. For immediate assistance, contact your sales representative or the Contact Center at 1-800-UA-CARGO (1-800-822-2746).
