Acceptance and recovery times

All shipments must be accepted and processed before the cut-off time listed for the product type you are shipping (GEN, EXP, QuickPak®, or TempControl). Please allow enough time to arrive at the cargo facility, tender your shipment with a dangerous goods specialist, and complete the acceptance process. Hazardous materials typically endure a longer tender process than normal freight due to safety and regulatory compliance. You may also refer to the product pages for recovery times after flight arrival.
